Our little man turned 2! I honestly cannot believe he is already so big. I really can't talk about it for very long or I won't be able to control the tears! Boston is such a joyful, sweet, happy go lucky, energetic boy, and I do not use the word "boy" lightly. He is very much a boy, into cars, trains, planes, dirt, the beach, toy story with buzz and woody, horses, and the list goes on and on. He has the most tender heart, loves to laugh, and is so polite...he leads his little friends around by laying his hand softly on their back saying "mon, mon"! Anything I do for him is always followed by the most genuine "die mama!" No, he is not telling me to die, "die" in Bossy language is "thank you!" Don't judge, but I think he got it from the drive thru windows...me always saying "thank you, bye." Somehow turned into "die!"
saying "twoooo", and trying hard to get those fingers to work!.....
Kyle and I are so lucky to have Boston as our baby. I am so grateful everyday I wake up and my only job is to take care of my boys. No matter how hard or tiring some days are the simple "dove dew mama" while hugging my leg makes it more than worth it. I cherish the times we get bobo and baba to curl up and watch cars or toy story for the one millionth time, or doing the dishes having Boston pull out every piece of silverware and replacing them with his toys just trying to help, spending 5 minutes on trying to decifer one word in his new and ever expanding vocabulary, singing him his favorite songs to go to sleep, hours and hours of playing cars, building train sets he destroys after 2 minutes, reading books, playing tag or hide and go seek...I could go on forever, but a parent should be able to do that about they're child right!
My baby...
I am just so honored Heavenly Father sent Boston to me. I feel a great responsibility as his mama for his precious life. At this time, his 2nd birthday, I see how fast time flies and hope to always remember and embrace every stage of life with Boston, and all of my kids...and of course with Kyle right beside me!
